Count the number you answer "Yes" to:
Do you have to drag yourself out of bed in the morning?
Do you wake up 1-2 hours before your alarm?
Do you crave sugar and/or salt?
Do you feel unhappy, "blah," or even depressed?
Do you hit a wall around 2-5pm?
Are you feeling unmotivated when it comes to new resolutions or routines?
Have you unintentionally gained weight around your stomach?
Do you feel your memory isn't what it used to be?
Do you get bloating, indigestion, or stomach pain?
Have you felt overwhelmed by the things you need to get done, no matter how big or small?
If you answered 6-10 with "Yes," there's good news for you: even though feeling like this may seem COMMON, because everyone around you feels the same, it doesn't mean it's NORMAL.
